Embossing
Embossing is a process where the image is actually pressed into the fabric permanently. When you run your hand across an embossed image, you can feel as well as see it. Embossing looks best on sweatshirts, pullovers and heavy pigment-dyed tees. You can add printing above or below for contrast, brand your logo anywhere on a printed shirt. or use it by itself as a full chest

Sunburst is now printing with PVC Free, Phthalate Free Ink on organic cotton, bamboo, or any garment style you wish. Our pvc free inks are water based and contain no chemicals known to be harmful to the environment.
Unlike typical waterbased ink our PVC Free waterbased inks are bold and bright on dark garments, and can be printed with a soft feel on light shirts.
